In the corresponding graph, (Figure 3), high positions held by those search engines, which, achieved more correct tracking of the originals. We have to admit that the quality of treatment of this crucial parameter looks unsatisfactorily in all search engines.
Search engines are still imperfect, and they have difficulties to “understand” where is the original text. In results, websites with spined articles or copies have a significantly higher position, than the website of the original.
In RuNet, Yandex had relative leadership in deter of the originals, until the end of the year. However, Yandex share in deter the original context does not exceed 50 percent.
Almost all the other search engines for this indicator, unfortunately, and did show a negative trend in the field to recognise originals.
Exception – Google, has consistently improved the quality of the search results by this parameter. (Already in early 2012, Google has overtaken “Yandex”, bringing the search quality originals up to 60%.)
Google is leading for speed of indexing (almost 90% of new pages are indexed during the month). Yandex is the second place, but this figure is constantly improving.
